WE'RE HIRING:Part Time Barista

As a Barista, you will:Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledgeDeliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty appKeep the store clean, organised and well presented at all timesSupport store operations including opening/closing and stock managementManage and create content for the store's TikTok accountComplete required training and support the team with shift cover when neededHelp drive sales to meet store targetsComplete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company

YOU ARE:

Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environmentProactive,with a "can do" attitudePassionate about people, service, and personal developmentOpen to learning and sharing your knowledge with othersFlexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a differenceEligible to work legally in the UK
