Are you a passionate and dedicated BSL Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Tunbridge Wells area?

We are working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Tunbridge Wells seeking a confident and compassionate TA to support students with hearing impairments and additional needs.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who use British Sign Language

• Support access to the curriculum across a range of subjects

• Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to ensure inclusive learning

• Promote independence, confidence and academic progress

• Holds BSL Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (essential)

• Has experience working in a school or education setting

• Is patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education

• Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff

• Supportive and welcoming school environment
