We're working with an Outstanding primary school in Birmingham that's on the lookout for a British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a supportive, well run school where your impact will be seen and valued straight away.

What's the role?

You'll be supporting a pupil who uses BSL, helping them access learning, build confidence, and feel fully included in the classroom.

  • 1:1 support using BSL
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Creating a calm, inclusive learning environment
  • Helping the pupil engage with lessons and routines

  • BSL qualification or strong BSL experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
