Bromley Glades - Customer Care - Full Time

Overview

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. Shifts for this role can start as early as 7:00am, and you should be available to work at least two days per week across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with flexibility to also work on weekdays. Responsibilities

• As a Crew Member, contribute to preparing food, serving on the till or working in the dining areas to look after customers' needs.
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness; provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.
