We are partnering with a fast-growing and ambitious London Market broker who is looking to strengthen their Sports & Entertainment division. With a strong reputation for service and innovation, they are investing in talent to expand their market presence and are now seeking a Sports & Entertainment Broker to join their London team.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic chance for an individual with initial experience in the Sports & Entertainment class to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will work closely with senior brokers, gain exposure to a wide range of risks, and play an active role in developing and growing a book of business within this exciting niche.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the placement and servicing of Sports & Entertainment accounts in the London Market.
2. Assisting in marketing risks to underwriters and negotiating terms to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
4. Working closely with senior brokers on existing accounts while developing new opportunities.
5. Playing a key role in expanding the book of business within the Sports & Entertainment class.
6. Ensuring compliance with market and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in the Sports & Entertainment class (London Market preferred).
2. Solid grounding in insurance broking processes and London Market practices.
3. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
4. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable in a growth-focused environment.
5. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
6. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
