Responsibilities

• Marex offers Front Office positions in all asset classes: Equities, Fixed income, Rates, FX.
• Ensure the follow-up of the Company's client portfolio.
• Receive, transmit, and execute orders received from and for the Company's clients.
• Develop the Company's Business.
• Execution of products across all major exchanges.
• Highly driven person who is focused on revenue generation.
• Responsible for assisting with the onboarding of any new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, assisting with support processes as required by colleagues, and engaging and updating clients.
• Work efficiently and support making efficiencies, e.g., assisting in the preparation of any new required frameworks.
• Collaborate with central operations functions which support the trading role, including but not limited to Operations and Technology.
• Strategize to increase P&L, requiring analysis of markets and products.
• Ensure compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the AMF, ACPR.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role, ensuring that all regulatory or company-determined parameters are complied with.
• Role model for demonstrating the highest level standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.
• Comply with Marex's Code of Conduct at all times.
• Be fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
• Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.

Skills and Experience

• Analytical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Substantial experience working in and knowledge of the Equity Derivatives product area.
• Experience of the infrastructural support required to efficiently support the Equity Derivatives business line.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
