Our client is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensuring healthy, high-performing birds, exceptional standards and a motivated, developing team.

What You Will Be Doing

Taking full responsibility for all farm operations, including bird welfare, health and safety, and producing top quality poultry that meets the highest standards

Managing budgets and delivering on key financial and production targets

Leading, coaching, and inspiring a dedicated team to create a positive, professional, and productive workplace

Maintaining excellent farm standards, because first impressions matter, even in a rural setting

Demonstrating a strong commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action

Participating in our tailored Agriculture Academy to develop your skills and shape your future as part of the next generation of agricultural leaders

Supporting and mentoring Assistant Farm Managers to help them grow into the farm managers of the future

What You Need

Proven experience managing a broiler farm

Strong financial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions

Confident leadership skills with a passion for developing people and encouraging collaboration

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

A solid understanding of environmental compliance and sustainable farm practices

A full UK driving licence
