Pilgrims Europe is seeking a Farm Manager to lead the broiler farm, ensuring higher welfare, production, and financial performance. The role requires autonomous, hands-on leadership and strong record-keeping across birds, feed, water, and environments.

The candidate will manage budgets, supervise staff, and uphold health, safety, and welfare standards, with on-site housing available and ongoing development through our Agriculture Academy.
