Salary: £14.90 per hour (dependent on experience) + tips + tronc + bonus

Now we're bringing that energy to Bristol and we're looking for a Senior Pizzaiolo to help lead the way.

About the role

This is a hands on, high energy pizza kitchen role built around authentic Neapolitan technique. You will be central to creating the perfect pizza from dough to bake.

You will be responsible for stretching, shaping, and firing pizzas the Neapolitan way, managing dough with confidence, working with high temperature pizza ovens, maintaining consistency under pressure, and setting the standard for quality in the kitchen.

What we are looking for

• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and traditional techniques
• Confidence working with pizza ovens
• Strong understanding of dough handling
• Experience in a pizza kitchen or strong desire to master the craft
• High standards, consistency, and a calm approach in a fast paced environment
