Salary: £33,351 - £47,397 FTE (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Brickwork Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, practical, and theory based lessons to learners across a range of levels. You'll be working in new, purpose built facilities, helping shape the curriculum and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality teaching in Brickwork across FE courses
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet learners' needs
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals
• Contribute to the development of the new provision and curriculum

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Brickwork (or closely related discipline)
• Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
• Industry experience within Brickwork/construction and experience delivering level 3 brickwork
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
