Job Description
Waythrough is seeking a Building Recovery in Communities (BRIC) Coordinator to support people on their recovery journey at HMP Low Newton. You will connect individuals with peer support, community resources and pathways beyond custody, helping them build confidence and social networks.
Working 24 hours per week with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, you will develop personalised recovery plans, assess needs, and collaborate with partners to deliver person-centred support that promotes
