With 25 stylish bedrooms, seasonal dining, a vibrant bar, elegant private-event spaces, and views across rolling Hampshire farmland, The Wellington Arms blends warmth, quality, and relaxed luxury. As a Supervisor, you'll help keep service running smoothly across our busy pub-restaurant-hotel, supporting both the team and management in delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Assist with booking flow & admin - Seating plans, reservations and service coordination
• Support weddings, events & private dining - Delivering seamless guest experiences
• Assist hotel operations - Ensuring guest areas look exceptional at all times
• Act as a point of contact - Resolving guest queries with ease and care
