We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our hotel, be able to deliver amazing hospitality and thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest's expectations. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of brand standards, be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. You should have a warm, personable nature and a 'can do attitude'. In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Key responsibilities for the Breakfast Supervisor are

• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided and maintained at all times
• Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately
• Allocate jobs and 'stations' checking that tasks have been completed before, during and after service periods
• Check that the restaurant is cleaned and fully prepared for service, checking table layouts, buffets, special displays etc
• Assist with greeting, seating and order taking. Help guests with the selection of menu items and drink requirements
• Promote the menu and 'special offers' ensuring maximum possible revenue is achieved
• Assist with staff training; departmental inductions, job skills, safety, statutory requirements and development
