What you'll be doing as Breakfast Manager

As Breakfast Manager, you'll lead the morning food and beverage operation and help set the tone for the guest experience from the very start of the day.

You'll be:
  • Leading from the front during breakfast service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well looked after
  • Creating the right balance of efficient service and relaxed hospitality, whether guests want a quick start or a long, lazy morning
  • Supporting, motivating and developing your team so breakfast is not just a great guest experience, but a great place to work too
  • Working closely with the wider F&B team to keep service smooth, upbeat and consistently high quality
  • Taking ownership of rota planning, team organisation and day-to-day operational flow
  • Building your understanding of the financial side of the department, including labour control, productivity and performance
  • Helping drive standards, team engagement and commercial success within the restaurant
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within food and beverage or hospitality
  • A natural flair for leading people and creating positive team culture
  • Confidence in delivering warm, polished guest service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep calm in a busy service
  • An eye for detail and a passion for getting the little things right
  • Energy, personality and a genuinely welcoming approach

Fine dining or high-quality hotel experience would be a bonus, but attitude, warmth and leadership matter just as much.

What happens next?

Catch our attention with your application and we'll be in touch.

First, we'll have a chat over the phone. After that, you can expect a friendly invite to spend an hour or two with your chosen department for a Team Insight. It's a chance for you to get a real feel for the place, ask all your questions, and for us to get to know you a little better too.

If all goes well, you might just become part of the team.
