Breakfast Sous Chef - Lead Morning Kitchen & Growth

La Nouvelle Garde in London is seeking a Breakfast Sous Chef to take ownership of the breakfast operation at Brasserie Olivia in Sloane Square. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to launch and develop our new French breakfast offer, from prep and service to stock, ordering and daily organisation.

You'll be the first chef in the restaurant each morning (5:30am start), responsible for setting up breakfast service and building a small, high-performing team as the business grows.
