Deine Aufgaben

• Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Frühstücksservice - vom Eindecken bis zum freundlichen Abräumen.

• Du begrüßt unsere Gäste mit einem Lächeln und schaffst eine entspannte, einladende Atmosphäre.

• Du berätst zu Speisen und Getränken und servierst mit Stil und Herzlichkeit.

• Du behältst auch in morgendlichen Stoßzeiten den Überblick und bleibst professionell.

• Du kümmerst dich um Mise en Place, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Frühstücksbereich.

• Du arbeitest eng mit Küche und Service-Team zusammen, damit alles rund läuft.

• Du hältst alle Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards konsequent ein.

Was du mitbringst

• Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise im Frühstücks- oder Hotelfrühstücksbereich.

• Frühaufsteher-Mentalität - du liebst es, anderen den Start in den Tag zu verschönern.

• Eine offene, positive Ausstrahlung und Spaß am Umgang mit Gästen.

• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.

• Ein gutes Auge für Details, Sauberkeit und Präsentation.

• Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten.

Gehalt:
Der kollektivvertragliche Bruttomonatslohn für diese Position beträgt € 2.200,00 (gemäß Kollektivvertrag, LG 4).
Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich gegeben und richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

• You ensure a smooth breakfast service - from setting up to friendly, attentive clearing.

• You welcome our guests with a smile and create a relaxed, inviting morning atmosphere.

• You advise on food and beverages, and serve with warmth, style, and attention to detail.

• You stay calm and professional even during the busiest morning rushes.

• You handle mise en place, cleanliness, and organization in the breakfast area.

• You collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to keep everything running smoothly.

• You consistently follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Experience in hospitality, ideally in breakfast service or hotel F&B operations.

• A "morning person" mindset - you genuinely enjoy helping others start their day.

• A friendly, positive attitude and confidence in dealing with guests.

• A structured, independent work approach and strong team spirit.

• Excellent German and English skills - any additional language is a plus.

• A keen eye for cleanliness, detail, and presentation.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position according to the collective agreement is (starting at pay group 4, subject to discretion) is €2.200,00
The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
