We're looking for aBreakfast Cookto join our team and help deliver a fantastic start to the day for our guests.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoysworking independently, takes pride inorganisation and cleanliness, and loves preparinghigh-quality, fresh breakfast dishesin a small, well-run kitchen.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and delivering ourdaily breakfast menuto a high standard
• Workingindependently in a small kitchen, managing your time and prep efficiently
• Ensuringexcellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintaininghigh levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Managingstock, basic inventory, and minimising food waste
• Helping create awelcoming and relaxed breakfast experiencefor our guests

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast, café, or hotel service
• Confidenceworking alone and managing your own section
• Strongorganisation and time management skills
• A commitment tocleanliness, food safety, and high standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to work with the wider Wilde team
