Breakfast Chef: Lead Kitchen, Upsell & Hygiene Excellence

Crerar Hotels is hiring a Breakfast Chef across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will supervise the kitchen brigade, ensuring a smooth breakfast service with attention to detail and high hygiene standards, and work closely with the Head Chef to drive improvements.

You'll also train the team, upsell menu items, manage stock and keep your area clean and well organised, contributing to the overall success of our breakfast offerings and guest experience.
