Breakfast Chef: Lead Breakfast Service Up to £34k incl. Charge

The Hobson Cambridge, part of the TFE Hotels portfolio in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead the hotel's morning service at Oz & Isle. You will manage breakfast preparation, stock, and service with a focus on quality and consistency.

We offer a competitive package with £30,000 base salary plus monthly service charge, up to £34,000 including service charge, 30 days' leave, and staff discounts across TFE Hotels. HACCP knowledge and independence are essential.
