Spanning over two hotels and our very own holiday village, a day in our operation is never dull. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing kitchen team based at one of the UK's most popular theme parks. As part of our One Team culture, you'll help deliver unforgettable mornings for our guests - setting them up for a day full of adventure.
Shift opportunities include:Full Time
Weekend availability required on a rota basis
Mornings only (6am until 2pm)

A day in the life of a Breakfast Chef de Partie would include
- Preparing a range of high-quality breakfast dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
Here are some desirable qualities for this role.
- Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience required
- Food safety qualification required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills, both with peers and the management team
- Adaptable and flexible to support business requirements
- Approachable at all times, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team play
