Job Description
Aldwark Manor Estate in a picturesque Yorkshire setting is seeking a Breakfast Chef / Junior Sous Chef. You will manage breakfast service for the 60-bedroom hotel, with expansion to 77 rooms planned for Summer 2026, reporting to the Senior Sous/Sous Chef.
The role requires reliability, leadership, and strong cooking skills for à la carte breakfast. You will oversee quality and food production across catering, ensuring HACCP and Health & Safety compliance, and you will help deliver a premium
