Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing high-quality breakfast while maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety standards. This role requires early morning availability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items eggs, breakfast meats, pastries,
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food presentation meets company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist in menu development and daily specials when required
• Properly store and label food items

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
• Knowledge of breakfast and brunch cooking techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred but not mandatory)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lone working some of the time
• Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
