Job Overview

We are seeking Breakfast Chefs to join our kitchen team in three of our hotels. Our Breakfast Chefs are a pivotal part of our kitchen team, ensuring our guests start their day in the best possible way as well as assisting the wider kitchen.

Our Breakfast Chefs are passionate about their craft and all aspects of delivering great plates of food.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks

• Be responsible for all aspects of your section.
• Deliver high-quality food across the restaurant, functions, and other food out-lets.
• Deliver consistent standards of cleanliness and service.
• Set up your station at the beginning of every day and clean it all down at the end.
• Assist the wider kitchen team in prep work for lunch and dinner service.
