The Role

Supporting our full-time team of Chefs busy periods and events.

• Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet as well as preparing and cooking hot food items to order

• Shifts start time 0630 (Monday-Friday) 0730 (Saturday & Sunday)
• As well as experience of preparing breakfast dishes you must be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible week day and weekend shifts when needed
• Be a reliable happy morning person!
• Prove at an interview/trial the ability to cook a range of breakfast dishes
• Work in a methodical, organised way to ensure guest satisfaction
