Breakfast Chef - CG2314

A reliable Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a busy spa hotel in Cheshire. You will be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis with early starts. The hotel offers both buffet style and plated breakfast service which you will be expected to prepare using fresh, locally sourced quality ingredients and can cater for up to 200 covers a day. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep and order supplies for the next day, and assist the other chefs with prep if needed.

Requirements

The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
