Position: Breakfast & Room Service Manager - Summer Season 2026

We are currently looking for a Breakfast & Room Service Manager to join our teams in Gstaad for the Summer 2026 season.

Introduction
  • Manage reservations and ensure a warm, professional welcome for guests during breakfast and lunch services
  • Advise guests and take orders, ensuring all preferences and specific requests are carefully respected
  • Actively contribute to a modern, trend-driven restaurant and room service concept aligned with the brand identity
  • Ensure seamless communication between service teams, the kitchen, and all other hotel departments
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supervise service teams and deliver ongoing training in line with established service standards
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operational and administrative duties
  • Control the quality of services delivered and ensure optimal guest satisfaction at all times

What We Offer
  • Higher education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage (CFC, CAP-BEP, Bac Pro, or Hotel Management School)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5 luxury hotel, ultra-luxury environment, or Yachting
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language is a strong asset
  • Excellent knowledge of high-end service protocols and luxury hospitality standards
  • Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Natural sense of hospitality and service excellence for a high-end international clientele
  • Strong commercial awareness and upselling skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and performance management
