As a Brand Specialist, you will:

- Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints when they arise.
- Excite and motivate colleagues in your department by sharing your knowledge of your brand, communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other information to help drive sales through product knowledge and training.
- Take responsibility for tasks beyond your role expectations, identify opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards.
- Follow health and safety and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
- Adapt to daily challenges, working across different departments as needed, bringing your service excellence and collaborative spirit.
- Build and develop your own client base, nurturing customer relationships through exceptional personal service.
