Description

We're seeking a skilled, experienced Brand Partnerships Director to lead brand collaborations on the West Coast, connecting major advertisers with engaged gamers through our platform.

As our West Coast Brand Champion, you will leverage your extensive network of publishers, agencies, and brands to develop impactful, high-profile campaigns across our in-game media platform.

If you excel at connecting brands with AAA gamers, closing complex deals effortlessly, and thrive on building something significant, this role is for you.

This position is based on the US West Coast and requires residency in the region.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for your territory and key accounts
  • Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier publishers, agencies, and senior brand executives
  • Lead meetings with compelling storytelling and a consultative approach
  • Create persuasive proposals based on industry trends and success stories
  • Collaborate with Product, Ad Ops, and Marketing teams to ensure campaign success
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend data-driven strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
  • Mentor junior team members and support team development
Requirements
  • 7+ years in digital media sales, preferably within gaming, esports, or entertainment
  • Extensive experience with major publishers (e.g., Blizzard, Riot, Liquid, Patrol, Eisenberg)
  • Proven success in closing large, strategic deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of biddable media, self-serve ad platforms, and programmatic buying
  • Excellent communication skills with top-tier storytelling and C-level presentation abilities
  • Creative, strategic thinker capable of translating brand objectives into effective media campaigns
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset
  • Located on the US West Coast with an existing regional network
