In this sales-focused role, you will be the first point of contact for new brands and agencies, helping them understand Twirl's value and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Your goal is to convince potential clients to join our platform, explain its functionalities, and ensure their initial experience with Twirl is smooth, impactful, and sets them up for success. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Outreach: 
- Identify and reach out to potential brands and agencies, introducing them to Twirl's platform and services.
- Effectively communicate Twirl's value and benefits, tailoring your pitch to each client's needs.
- Build trust with decision-makers and marketers to convert leads into long-term partners.
- Guide new brands and agencies through onboarding, ensuring they understand and can maximize Twirl's features.
- Provide personalized support to answer questions, set up accounts, and address concerns during onboarding.
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for each new client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing satisfaction.
- Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and refine sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, client onboarding, or account management, preferably in marketing, content, or tech industries.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to build trust quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure no step is missed.
- Comfortable using tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, and CRMs.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude, prioritizing client success.
- Strong Wi-Fi connection.
- A comfortable workspace (coworking coverage when abroad).
- At least 6 hours overlap with UK timezone-whether working nights or mornings is up to you.
