Job Description
Position: Brand Marketing Controller Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) Package: £70.000-£80,000 + Benefits Lime Talent is partnering with a high-growth branded food company on the next phase of their UK expansion. They're investing heavily in brand building and multi-channel activation and need a Brand Marketing Controller to lead flagship campaigns and manage a small team while working closely with best-in-class creative and media partners. The role Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, you'll set and execute the brand marketing strategy across paid/owned channels, lead campaign development with agencies, and own post-campaign effectiveness and investment decisions. You'll also coach and develop two direct reports. What you'll do
  • Build and manage an annual brand strategy & comms calendar, aligning product- and brand-level growth plans and investment.
  • Brief, plan and deliver best-in-class, multi-channel brand campaigns with creative and media partners; own timelines and critical paths.
  • Track performance and ROI of brand spend; lead post-campaign analysis and evolve long-term strategy accordingly; present to senior stakeholders quarterly.
  • Manage agency relationships (media, digital, creative) for both performance and cost. Budget circa £5m.
  • Create sharp, insight-led briefs for internal and external teams.

About you
  • Proven track record building and executing brand marketing growth strategies with senior stakeholder exposure.
  • Strong grasp of the media landscape, channel mix and cost drivers.
  • Comfortable using research, data and analytics to drive decisions and secure buy-in.
  • Excellent communicator with a high bar for creative standards and detail.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, "can-do" operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment; strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
