Brand Lead: Retail Team Leader Flexible Hours & Discount

Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead to join our Stirling store and drive an amazing customer brand experience. You will support the management team to motivate the associate team, deliver exceptional service, and ensure the store hits its targets while upholding the brand look and standards.

You will act as a brand ambassador, lead by example, and take ownership of daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling, while promoting Superdry values and style.
