Job Description

Blue Square, a leading retail marketing agency, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our Shark Ninja field-based team across multiple UK locations. You'll drive brand presence, deliver outstanding store experiences and coach a high-performing crew to meet ambitious targets.

You'll manage staffing, logistics and daily operations, stay sharp on product knowledge, and deliver reports and insights to optimise campaigns. A full UK driving licence and weekend availability are required.
