Responsibilities

• Translate category and channel strategies into high impact local plans that deliver growth, revenue and margin targets in close collaboration with central marketing teams.
• Bring brand campaigns to life across digital, retail and social channels through engaging online and offline activations.
• Grow customer loyalty and drive repeat business through targeted CRM activity.
• Deliver standout events, cooking experiences, promotions and training programmes that accelerate category growth in partnership with internal teams and local experts.
• Ensure clear and timely communication on product launches, campaigns, promotions and range updates across retail partner networks.
• Adapt and optimise market facing content, including websites, brochures, learning tools and point of sale materials, with a focus on customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand activation, marketing or category management within a consumer focused business.
• Full driving licence (necessary for visiting trade partners and stores).
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and local market dynamics, with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Commercially minded marketer with experience in strategy, planning, activation and performance delivery.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and results driven with a talent for simplifying complexity and identifying opportunities for growth.
