Branch Supervisor - St. Austell Pension & Bonus

Wolseley UK's Plumb Centre in St. Austell is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, supervise staff, and support the Branch Manager. You will assist customers at the trade counter, train colleagues, and drive service excellence.

This role includes delivering to local customers with a 3.5T van, developing the customer base, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A full driving licence and sales leadership experience are essential.
