Branch Manager Designate

Permanent Full Time (35.75 hours) - Permanent.

• Lead your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results
• Drive sales by overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock and improving profits
• Make the store your own and create a great place for both your team and customers
• Support your area's KPI's as part of the wider team of Branch Managers

• An experienced manager ready to take your retail knowledge to the next level
• Prepared to prove yourself with the aim of managing your very own store
• Passionate about retail with proven business management skills
• Always putting the customer first to build a thriving business
• A real people person who leads by example and loves to bring out the best in their team

• Full time schedule of 35.75 hours per week
