Branch Manager

Experienced and driven Branch Manager required to lead operations at our Loughborough branch.

We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a positive and proactive mindset, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while keeping a keen eye on targets and business growth.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment where your leadership will play a key role in shaping team culture and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Lead, manage, and support the team to meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and manage stock, workflows, and scheduling
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and staff development

What we're looking for :

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial awareness and confidence with setting and achieving targets
• High standards of organisation, time management, and problem solving
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Full, clean UK driving licence (preferred)

Working hours : Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm Holidays : 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional holiday days awarded after 1, 3, 5 years, and beyond
