Salary: Competitive Salary + £5,500 Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.

Branch Manager - Derby Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exemplary customer service and achieve branch KPIs and targets.
• Drive sales and growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Instill a culture of high standards, quality and safety across the branch.
• Perform any additional duties as required for full time, permanent role (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Solid background in trade sector management.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Passion for nurturing team development.
• Strong track record in sales and operational excellence within a customer facing environment.
• Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results.
