Branch Manager

They are now seeking a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee their Newcastle office operations, lead the sales team, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

As a Branch Manager, your role would involve:

• Overseeing and managing day-to-day branch operations
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to senior management
• Promoting a positive, professional working environment
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively

About you:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities with proven experience managing a team and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and motivation. You will be a results-driven individual, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ability to build rapport with clients and motivate your team is essential, alongside a keen focus on achieving business growth and maintaining high standards of professionalism. To be considered for this position, you need to be either an existing Branch Manager or a strong Estate Agent looking to progress their career.

What's on offer for the successful Branch Manager:

• Full-time position
• £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
