Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager & Valuer

Location: Birmingham

Basic Salary: up to £35,000+ (depending on experience)

OTE: Up to £55,000+ per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead one of our client's busy offices and drive it to the next level. If you're passionate about leadership, property, and delivering outstanding results, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and compliant processes for sales, lettings, and property management.
  • Inspire, lead, and support your team to achieve their goals while fostering a positive, success-driven culture.
  • Drive branch performance, hitting and exceeding KPIs by generating valuations, bringing properties to market, and increasing revenue.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with senior management to innovate and implement strategies to grow the branch's success.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, adhering to the highest professional standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the property industry, including leading a team to success (minimum 2 years).
  • A passion for driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clients and team members are always informed and supported.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence with IT systems and property software; familiarity with tools like Alto or similar is a plus.
  • A full UK driving license
