Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for a Branch Manager to join their successful team in Harrow.

Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:

• £22,000 - £25,000 basic
• £70,000 OTE
• Company car

Working hours for the Branch Manager:

• Full time
• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays

Branch Manager requirements:

• Highly experienced in Sales
• Able to motivate a team
• Highly organized and able to manage workload
• Driven and hungry for success
• Full UK driver's license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing the Branch Team
• Setting KPI's for the team
• Undertaking team meetings
• Help grow the business
• Carrying out market appraisals
