Our client, a successful estate agency, is looking for a Branch Manager in their Tonbridge Branch. Our client is seeking an experienced property professional who is driven and has a proven track record of turning valuations into sales.

Hours

• 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

• A strong basic Circa £30,000
• Realistic OTE first £45,000
• Company car or car allowance

Requirements for the role

• Proven track record and ability to build strong relationships and convert valuations into listings and sales.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
• A strong work ethic and the desire to succeed.
• Experienced as a valuer or Assistant Branch Manager or higher.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, lead and inspire the team offering continued guidance and mentoring.
• List properties and ensure the buying process runs smoothly.
• Manage profitability and growth for the branch.
• Work closely with your team and management to ensure targets are met and business is moving forwards.
