Job Title: Registered Branch Manager
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility and on-call requirements)

What You'll Do as a Branch Manager:

• Hold and maintain CQC registration for the branch.

• Develop and deliver safe, effective home care services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the community.

• Lead business planning, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulations.

• Inspire, support, and manage the care and office teams to uphold the highest standards.

• Build strong local partnerships while promoting the branch's reputation within the area.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within health or social care.

• A collaborative leader who balances empathy with performance and accountability.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive growth.

• Deep knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices.
