Job Description
Our client, a successful estate agency, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager for their profitable and busy office based in the St Neots area.
This Branch Manager role is suitable for an ambitious and experienced individual, as our client is a key player in the market with impressive stock levels.
Working Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays on a rota basis (Day off in lieu)
The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- Basic Salary of up to £25,000
- Up to £50,000 OTE
- Company Car or car allowance
- Guarantee for the first few months

Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous valuations experience and a track record of winning sales instructions
- Experience managing a team and a busy office
- Hard-working and results-driven attitude
- Excellent rapport-building and motivational skills
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs when buying and selling properties
Responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
