Juice is proud to be working with a well known agency in their search for a Branch Manager in their Bradford on Avon site.

You will be managing a team of 4 sales negotiators and developing the pipeline in the local market. With an amazing company brand they are looking for their next superstar!

Day to Day

• Managing a team of 4 negotiators
• Working with buyers and clients to ensure the sales process goes smoothly
• Organise appointments with prospective buyers
• Ensuring all compliance is up to date and accurate
• Follow legislative changes ensuring the branch is trained in and following the changes
• Conducting market appraisals, instructions, viewings and visits when required
• Reporting sales figures and ensure they are reported appropriately
• Generate new business/revenue such as mortgages, legal services, valuation referrals within the branches
• Using market knowledge to generate new business relationships

All About You

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in people management
• Experience or understanding of student lettings and high-volume tenancy management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
• Confidence in using property management systems and CRM software.
• ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
• A natural leader: someone who is confident, empathetic, and decisive.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset.

And For You

• £30,000 - £35,000 with an OTE of £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive training
• Full time hours: Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays
