Branch Manager - HGV Drivers

Overview

Proven recruitment industry experience gained within the UK HGV Driving sector is essential to be considered.

The office can be anywhere between Staffordshire and Northamptonshire. You will be given the opportunity to grow the Midlands team to a sizeable number of consultants that would cover other locations.

£40,000 to £45,000 + Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonus + excellent benefits that incudes private healthcare + 24 days A/L and much much more!

Responsibilities

• Daily duties will include:
• Business development, canvassing new and existing transport companies.
• Managing and developing staff, conducting meetings to manage their development.
• Negotiating rates with customers.
• Building strong relationships with both clients and drivers.
• Arranging and Attending face to face Client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment industry experience gained within the UK HGV Driving sector is essential to be considered.
• Senior recruiter with a proven 360 background in new business development, account management and recruitment of drivers.
