Branch Manager - Decorating Materials Leader

Brewers Decorator Centre in Crawley is seeking a knowledgeable Retail Branch Manager to lead our busy store and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage a small team, plan weekly coverage, and coach colleagues to achieve targets in a long-established, family-owned business.

The role is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday rota, 40 hours per week, in a competitive salary package with pension and benefits.
