Branch Manager - Car Rental

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward thinking professional to lead a car rental branch within a well established group in the Channel Islands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of the rental branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage reservations, bookings, and customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Identify sales opportunities and motivate the team to maximise upselling and revenue generation
• Oversee the vehicle damage management process, ensuring team members are fully trained and all service level agreements are met
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high performing team to achieve and exceed operational KPIs
• Drive branch performance by increasing business levels and maintaining premium service standards for both new and existing customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing car rental operations
• Proven experience in team leadership and development
• Strong profit and loss (P&L) management understanding
• Excellent organisational, sales, and customer service skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
