Branch Customer Experience Advisor

Yorkshire Building Society Group in Huddersfield is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to build relationships with members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals, whether saving for a trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.

You'll communicate across a range of channels-branch, phone, and online-supporting members with their accounts and emphasising doing what's right, without the pressure of sales targets, in a flexible branch environment.
