Branch Customer Advisor

Leek Building Society is seeking a customer facing team member to deliver excellent service across face to face, telephone, and digital channels. You will build relationships with existing and new members and promote the Society's products and services, working closely with colleagues to support branch performance.

In this role, you will demonstrate leadership behaviours, engage in continuous improvement, and help maintain high standards of service in a community oriented branch.
