Branch Banking Customer Advocate

Nationwide in Haverfordwest is seeking a Customer Representative to help customers in branch, on the phone and online, delivering friendly, accurate banking support and guiding people to the right products.

You'll join a local team, work full-time (35 hours across Monday to Saturday with some Tuesday/Thursday closure), and benefit from training, generous holiday entitlement and a pension. No prior banking experience is required; your people skills and digital confidence will help you succeed.
